есть сайтенг pandora.com там можно послушать музыку но нельзя скачать. вопрос таков как
сохранить то что воспроизводится. что хукать?

Если ВинАмом открыть и указать вывод в файл, видимо может получиться (хотя я не знаю точно, может ли ВинАмп открывать swf - но с ogg потоковым это элементарно)
